Exchanges, returns and refunds allowed for normal merchandise/retail items. All made to order furniture and decor is non returnable.

• Picture of item before shipment required for refund, any damage to product not reported within 72 hours after delivery will forfeit an exchange, return or refund.

2 Year Warranty

All furniture, signs, gun racks and flags have a 2 year limited warranty. Any attempts for a warranty claim for an item damaged or broken due to obvious negligent miss-use of the product will be rejected, as well as claims without photos of the product. Warranty covers warping, cracking, paint peeling, loose/non functioning hardware and broken hardware. Options for warranties are include exchanges, returns or refunds.

Exchanges, returns and refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipment of product will occur within 3-5 business days, delivery within 2 weeks from order date. We put great effort into making sure your product is delivered safely and in the best condition.

We offer Standard, Expedited and Local TAG Delivery.

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days.

  Local - TAG Delivery is available for those within the New Jersey area. For an extra charge, Local - TAG Delivery AND installation is available, which includes an associate from TAG driving personally to your door and installing/setting up your decor or furniture. 24 hours or less.

Custom lettering/designs can effect shipment and production times.
